As a ministry dedicated to serving, equipping, and strengthening senior pastors, we recognize the beautiful diversity of the global Church. We know that seasoned leaders can hold differing views on secondary matters of theology and practice, and we welcome those distinct perspectives.
However, to run together with endurance, we must stand firmly on the same foundation. Our ministry is anchored in the non-negotiable, core doctrines of the historic Christian faith.

WHO WE ARE
Fourteen years ago, Pastor Joel Dover stepped out in faith to plant Calvary Chapel Newnan. Since then, he has experienced firsthand the immense joys and unique trials of leading a local church. Having navigated his own share of challenging seasons in ministry, Pastor Joel felt a distinct, timely calling from God: to build a lifeline for other senior pastors.
Ministry is deeply rewarding, but it can also be profoundly isolating. Out of that reality, Elevate was born. Every Sunday morning, Calvary Chapel Newnan lifts up local pastors in prayer as the Word goes out across our community—but we wanted to do more than pray from a distance. We wanted to build a table where pastors can pull up a chair and find true community.
Elevate exists to gather like-minded brothers who can encourage, sharpen, and spur one another on to "finish the race well." Through intentional accountability, practical ministry tools, and a safe space to share heavy burdens, Elevate is a sanctuary for refreshment—ensuring you are fully supported and sustained for the work God has called you to do.
